- The sofas are upholstered in the finest fabrics composing 90% cotton and 10% linen for a fresh but durable look
- The cushion covers are removable and washable at 40 degrees centigrade
- Both the back and the seat are sprung using high-gauge serpentine steel springs
- The cushions are filled with fibre which has a foam core. This means that the cushions never sag, and are extremely comfortable
- The Fairmont fully complies with all the latest fire retardency regulations
